By downloading or using S’more King, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the app.

Ownership

The app, its content and its trademarks belong to The Man In The Back. You may not copy or modify the app or any part of it, try to extract its source code, translate it into other languages, or make derivative versions of it.

Price

S’more King is free. If we ever charged for the app or any part of it, the price would be shown clearly before you paid anything.

Your device

The app stores and processes data you provide to it. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your phone; it can expose your device to malware and may stop the app from working properly.

Third-party services

The app uses Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and Unity, each under its own terms of service.

Connection and data costs

Some features need an internet connection. We are not responsible if the app doesn't work fully because you have no connection or no data allowance left. Your mobile provider's charges, including roaming charges, are your responsibility. We are also not responsible if you can't use the app because your device has run out of battery.

Accuracy

We try to keep the app up to date and correct, but we rely in part on third parties for information and accept no liability for loss resulting from relying solely on the app's functionality.

Updates and ending the app

The app was made for Android and is no longer updated. It may stop working with future versions of Android. We may stop providing the app at any time without notice; if we do, these terms end and you should stop using it and, if needed, delete it from your device.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new revision date.
