S’more King End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and The Man In The Back (“we”) and covers your use of S’more King (“the app”), a free single-player casual game for Android. By installing or using the app, you accept this agreement. If you don't accept it, don't install or use the app.

1. License

We give you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your private, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not sell, rent, lend or distribute the app; modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from it, except where the law allows this despite this restriction; or remove any ownership notices from it.

3. Updates

Any update we provide is covered by this agreement. The app is no longer actively updated.

4. Data

The app may collect anonymous technical and usage information through the third-party services described in the S’more King Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

5. Fair play

Don't use the app to distribute malware, or tools that tamper with the app or other players' devices.

6. Ownership

The app and all its content, characters, art, music and trademarks belong to The Man In The Back. This agreement gives you a license to use the app, not ownership of it.

7. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

9. Ending this agreement

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app. It ends automatically if you break its terms. When it ends, you must stop using the app and delete it.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Before going to court, both sides agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other.

11. Changes

We may revise this agreement. Revisions are posted on this page, and continuing to use the app after a revision means you accept it.
